Judgement is an indicator of something deep within yourself. It is not the actual judgement but what is motivating the judgement. Beneath all the emotions you might be feeling when you judge, fear is the primary motivator to judge. Fear of safety Fear of not being good enough Fear of missing out Fear of lacking something Fear of not belonging Fear of being rejected Etc. Judgement says, “I don’t like the way things are.” When judgement arises ask yourself, “Why don’t I like the way things are?”

This idea that love is conditional comes from the hurt part of us. That hurt part creates an idea that we need to be a certain way, do a certain thing and/or others need to be a certain way in order for us to be loved or love them. Love exists without condition.
